Teaching, Research and Publications

Dr. Yang has presided some scientific projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant, and Shaanxi Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant (special support), and participated in several scientific projects such as the national key research and development program, key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and ministry of science and technology benefit people program. Dr. Yang has published more than 30 scientific papers in the renowned international and domestic scientific journals, among which sixteen SCI papers and three Chinese papers as the first or corresponding author and seven in the most influential international journals in Xi’an Jiaotong University. Dr. Yang has served as the editorial board for the international scientific journals including Frontiers in Public Health (IF=5.2, JCR Q1) and Nutrition & Metabolism (IF=4.5, JCR Q2) and the guest associate editor for Nutrients (IF=5.9, JCR Q1), and served as the independent reviewer of several international and domestic scientific journals. Dr. Yang has undertaken the undergraduate and graduate courses, guided the undergraduate graduate design, and participated in compiling one teaching material.
